Selorm Korku-Ekpor
Head of Operations
Selorm Korku-Ekpor is a seasoned finance, Audit and Tax professional with over a decade of experience in financial management, internal auditing, and consulting across sectors such as energy, security, microfinance, and corporate services. He brings a strong foundation in risk management, governance, and control processes, consistently delivering value through disciplined and systematic approaches to operational improvement.
As Head of Operations at Own In Life Energy, Selorm leads financial strategy and operational management to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and support sustainable business growth. His leadership and analytical expertise have driven process optimization and informed strategic decision-making.
Previously, Selorm served as Head of Audit for McDan Group, where he developed audit strategies, strengthened internal controls, and managed external audit engagements. His career reflects a commitment to excellence in financial oversight and operational governance.
Selorm holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from Kings University College. He is advancing toward full certification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and is affiliated with the Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana.
